Video Analytics
ACTi in-house developed analytics, including people counting, queue management, ALPR, traffic and security related analytics.
SPYBD video analytics are designed to help you transform your video surveillance network into a smart detection system and a valuable resource for business management. Advanced image processing algorithms, such as, people counting or license plate recognition, are being used to recognize and track movement of people and objects to determine their behavior and provide analytical insights. The summary reports can then be displayed as interactive graphs and exported. The system can also trigger other network devices such as alarms, electric gates or digital boards.
The unique video analysis technology developed by SPYBD can power not only dedicated analytic servers but also network video recorders (NVR) and intelligent cameras. Different solutions are recommended for distinct situations:
Intelligent Video Surveillance (IVS) Server and Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) Server offer great flexibility and scalability â they can analyze a wide range of channels by using great variety of algorithms. If many channels need to be analyzed or when sophisticated analytics require high computing power, the software can be installed on powerful servers to ensure the highest accuracy of results. Running dedicated analytic server is also required when using NVR or cameras without built-in analytics.
The extracted data is stored on the server and can be accessed from remote clients.
NVR 3 Corporate contains selected video analytics. Its use is recommended especially when the number of analyzed channels is limited or when the analysis doesn't require high computing power.
The extracted metadata is stored in the database of NVR 3 Corporate and can be accessed from remote clients.
Cameras with built-in analytics are recommended when only single view needs to be analyzed or when using VMS without built-in analytics - even a third-party solution. As the intelligent cameras don't depend on the network bandwidth and response time, they are the most suitable option for cases that require immediate response, such as, PTZ auto-tracking.
The acquired data is stored in cameras and can be accessed from remote clients.
